I integrate evidence-based tools and methodologies:

The Birkman Method Assessment is a powerful assessment designed to provide insight into a client's personality, behavior, motivations, and occupational interests. By evaluating these areas, coaching clients can better understand their strengths, potential stress behaviors, and optimal working environments, and uncover their unique needs and preferences.
The Birkman Method Assessment is typically administered online and takes approximately 30 - 45 minutes. The assessment consists of questions designed to evaluate various aspects of a person's behavior, motivations, interests, and needs. As a certified Birkman coach, I will review and distill key insights from the report to enhance our coaching work.
Overall, the Birkman Method empowers individuals to align their goals with their intrinsic qualities, leading to more fulfilling and successful life and career paths.

Brain-based coaching is rooted in neuroscience and focuses on how the brain functions to enhance learning and performance. In our coaching relationship, we will learn the fundamentals of how the brain works and how you can channel that to grow, build new habits, and succeed.
By understanding how the brain processes information, retains knowledge, and responds to stress, coaching clients can develop strategies that align with their brain's natural tendencies.
This approach helps clients set realistic goals, improve decision-making, and foster positive behavioral changes. Brain-based coaching can enhance emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being, leading to more effective personal and professional development.

As a coach, I use targeted educational resources to help clients gain specific knowledge and skills relevant to their goals. Shared recourses are always targeted, brief and curated to a client’s needs. They can include articles, books, videos, and online courses that address key areas such as
leadership
communication
time management
team dynamics
conflict resolution
stress management
career development
emotional intelligence
Targeted educational resources and exercises support a client's goal of applying the insights from coaching to day-to-day life, which allows for true transformation.
